NorCalREIA is the largest Real Estate investing club in Sacramento CA. In my opinion it is also the best.

The reason it is, by far, my favorite REI club is David Granzella. David started this club over ten years ago, he knows this business inside and out. He has learned what it takes to be successful at it, and he shares his knowledge and love for this business with everyone. David is real, and he runs a great club.

The structure of NorCalREIA club meetings is great for networking, learning, sharing, and growing your business. It doesn’t matter if you are brand new to Real Estate investing or if you are a seasoned investor, you will benefit from being a part of it.

David brings in top name guest speakers like Bruce Norris, Richard Kelly, Peter Fortunato, Jack Miller, “Fixer” Jay DeCima, Dave Wilson, and many others. He also brings in successful local investors who share how they are doing it in this market.

Sacramento Real Estate Investing Club – CCWB

CCWB or Capital City Wealth Builders is another large Real Estate investing club in Sacramento CA. that brings in big name speakers who share tips and techniques on how to be successful in this business.

This club is a great place to network and meet other like minded people.
One of the things I like about this club is that after the meeting, Tapan will buy the guest speaker dinner, and/or drinks in the restaurant upstairs. This is a great way to meet the guest speaker and ask questions, or just listen to the questions others ask. You can learn a great deal here. This is also a great way to meet other investors…

Michael Salazar Host of SacREIA

Sacramento real estate investing club SacREIA This is a smaller more personal RE club that has been around for many years. Someone told me once it was a lot like going to church or a fellowship group (without the religion). I think that is a good analogy. Michael serves dinner before the meeting so it is a good idea to RSVP so he knows how much food to bring. This is a great time to network.

Something I really like about this club is, Michal really cares about his members, especially the newbie’s. He wants to make sure they are making good investment decisions and learning.
Michael shares from his own knowledge and experience, and he brings in excellent local guest speakers. Contacts that we all will need in this business. This is where I met Ben Harvey, a local RE attorney. When I needed an Attorney I already knew a good one, thanks to Michael and his RE investment club.

Michael has two meetings each month.
